Rated 1 out of 5 by Like everything else Bought this ladder, but like everything else in life, came with the hardware but none of the screws or nuts.... Typical of cheap products August 7, 2006
Rated 1 out of 5 by Do you really need this? The ladder is a piece of junk...too flimsy and folds when trying to board a boat. Don't waste your money!!! July 30, 2006
Rated 1 out of 5 by Do not waste your money Notice the 250lb weight limit. I had a guy 170lbs tops try to use the ladder and the nylon bolts for the support legs broke away. This product is flimsy and collapsed when trying to climb onto my boat. The manufacturer states that it fits the majority of bass boats. Well, I own the most popular bass boat out there (a Ranger), and it doesn't work with my boat at all. Don't waste your money like I did on this poor product!!! July 23, 2006
Rated 2 out of 5 by Bass boat ladder Used the bass boat ladder recently during a visit to a local lake with my wife. The ladder does not sit well on the boat (2003 Nitro NX882) and the instructions stated to mount the position posts on the second ladder step. This was incorrect and the ladder scrapped the side of my boat. When I attempted to change the posts to the top tier I noticed the plastic nuts on the posts had fallen off. I followed the instructions and did not over tighten. I would suggest the plastic screws and nuts be replaced with something more durable.I will rework the ladder to meet my requirements but would not buy another and will definately not recommend this ladder to a friend. It should fit your boat. This is 15" wide and has a 9" hook. If the size is correct then it will fit a Bayliner.

A:
No. It will not work on a Proteam 175. That is what I have and It will not work at all. And it does not matter what weight you are. It follows the angle of the boat once you step on it.
