Designed to meet the needs of all kayakers, the D10T starts with an advanced tunnel hull design, incorporating hydrodynamics that balance stability, maneuverability, and speed. The Deluxe Seat provides all day comfort with its extra padding and ergonomic, fully adjustable design. Adjustable foot braces allow for maximum flexibility and comfort regardless of water types or conditions. The kayak's large open cockpit gives you greater flexibility in cargo management as well as offering easy entry and exit at the shore with little restriction of movement out on the water. With deep molded storage on the port and starboard sides, large molded storage trays big enough for a standard-sized tackle box, and other useable quick stow areas, this kayak gives you plenty of room for gear storage. A built-in multipurpose sternwell gives you a convenient storage space large enough for a five gallon bucket, dry bag, or a 36 quart cooler. Wide gunnels and plentiful molded flats give the hardcore paddler or extreme angler a place to stow secondary accessories. Quick hold paddlekeepers molded into the Port and Starboard gunnel allows a stable resting point for your paddle when loading or launching your kayak. Multiple drain holes in the sternwell, seat pan, and footwell areas keep water from pooling in the bottom of the kayak. The D10T comes with two Scupper Plugs for the seat pan area for winter paddling or rough water days. At the end of the day, the threaded and sealed drain plug allows you to quickly drain excess water, while the 2 molded-over rubber grip handles make carrying the kayak a simple task. Durable high density polyethylene construction. Length: 10'. Width: 34". Weight: 62 lbs. Weight with seat: 65 lbs. Maximum weight capacity: 325 lbs. Made in USA.
Advanced hull design: Custom crafted hydronamic hull encompasses an extended keel integrated into a low profile tunnel hull to achieve a perfect blend of maneuverability, tracking, and stability
Adjustable cushioned seating system: Ergonomic seat design with closed-cell custom foam package reduces wear and fatigue

by Wirerat Great boat for a great price.
Some stores have a grey and black version still in stock and on sale for $349.77, they also have black and red ones and purple and black ones.
First off I shopped around forever trying to find a boat within my budget that has the features I needed. I kept coming back to this boat. Me and my wife went and picked up two of them. I got the grey and black and she got the purple and black. They are sick bang for the buck!
I can stand up and fish from it and that's a huge plus, it tracks well when paddling, but spins when stopped, but that's not uncommon in an average recreational kayak, and it's a little on the slow side, but that's because of the tunnel hull design that's wide and very stable. It's a trade off, and for fishing I'll take that trade off. I mean it's a far cry from my Pungo 120, but I'll take it for sure.
I've modded it with a BPS rod holder, a crate with 4 rod holders in the back well, a raised staduim seat, ancor cleat and an ancor trolley. Next stop is to mount some lights and a fish finder and I'll be where I want to be with it.
This is a great base model boat to build a really nice fishing yak out of. it also has plenty of space in front and back for a 5 day camping trip worth of gear and would be a wonderful rive runner.
This is from my first trip out in it before I got all the mods done.

Overall, great kayak for the money. Made some modifications on the kayak for fishing purpose only. So far, it looks great. The only downside is, not enough dry storage for your electric devices. However, it's below registration regulation, very wide which allows you to stand up and fish, and it's very light weight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fishyaker Great for fishing
I've owned this kayak for about three months and would recommend it. It is lite enough to carry by oneself. It has lots of space for gear in fact I just got back from a camp trip and carried about 75lbs extra with. My kayak was slower than the others on the trip but very stable. Im 6'4" weigh 230 and have more than enough room. I customized mine with an anchor trolley a fish rodholder and actually use a marine seat that is very comfortable on fish trips. The seat that came with not good and will slide flat and keep you wet. If you can't afford a boat to get you to the fish, this is a great alternative.

I have been a kayaker for about 10 years. I love the water and being close to it is very fulfilling. I have an Old Town Rush which is a great flat water and camping kayak. Unfortunately not a great ocean kayak as I found out a year ago when I went to the Florida Keys. I went out in a mild surf and sunk. I was visited by a 50 year old women who crisply told me that I did not have an ocean kayak. This kayak is perfect for my limited ocean excursion off Boca Raton. Trust me it it not a great speed boat but handles open water well. My partner who rides with me trusts it more than I would ever thought. For fun and fishing when you have time this is a great value. I have easily adapted it with a rod holder, fish finder, seat holder and anchor system without problems.
