American Hunter® Feeder Accessories - Solar Charger with Mount
Having had this thing hooked up to batteries for a week, the batteries showed no signs of charging at all. The solar "charger" was delivered in one of those ridiculous plastic packages, but there were no assembly or operating instructions included. I'm still going to give it another chance, but since there is no indicator light to give a clue if anything is happening, I would say it's a bust and I will be returning it soon.

Nice Little Solar Panel
This little solar panel works great. Max. Output is 18 Volts. in direct sun light. Measured 16 volts in Shade. These values were taken with the solar panel only connected to a Volt Meter. After 3 days connected to a Automotive Battery , I measured 14 Volts / 30ma. I list these values just to give you typical numbers measured.

I bought this to us on a battery fence charger and it works better then i could hope and it cost 1/3 or less of the price of a charger with one builtin, you can't go wrong with this item if you use it for what it is disigned for.

I attached one to my electric creek boat. I havent been able to tell a longer run time. In fact if you leave it on your battery and it does not get sun light it will kill your battery. This is all based on my experience
It should work with any feeder, as long as you have the one with the correct voltage, ex. 6 or 12 volt. You may just have to come up with a way to run the wires to your battery or if the feeder comes with a jack to plug in a solar charger, you may want to visit you local electronics store an purchase a jack to match the feeder, and replace the alligator clips with the jack !
