Whether you're mountain biking, cycling, skiing, running, climbing or just driving, your eyes need the sort of crystal-clear protection Oakley's Flak Jacket Sunglasses provide. Oakley designed their Flak Jacket Sunglasses with interchangeable nose pads, so you can pick the size that gives you the most comfortably precise fit. And to ensure the lightweight Flak Jacket Sunglasses stay secure at all times, the nose pad and stem sleeves are made from Unobtainium® which actually increases gripping power with perspiration. The Flak Jacket Sunglasses also allow you to adapt to any sport environment with interchangeable lenses in two optional shapes and performance engineered colors. This allows you to choose amount of lens coverage, and the semi-rimless design ensures the frame doesn't block your view down. Their O Matter® frame material is engineered to withstand the abuse - meets all ANSI Z87.1 standards for high-mass and high-velocity impact protection. XYZ Optics® maintain precise clarity at all angles of vision.

A:
It is the shape of the lenses. I don't know what it stands for, but they have slight curves at the corners of each lens that gives more eye protection. In my opinon, they provide much more coverage all-around than the standard lens. I find that the standard lens doesn't cover enough on the bottom, letting light in from the surface of water, for most people.
