Over here at south TX where I do my fishing the bass tend to really go after greenish colors however I was using the 15inch long worms in the color junebug and I was not able to reel in many bass though i did get a few of great size!A:

The body size is about 4''. It's mostly all tail but that's actually good from what i have experienced. What the long tail does actually is coil up in a circle when the worm hits bottom, also when the worm is moved the tail extends back out and creates allot of action.A:
