I fish in a lake where the water has hardly ANY visibility. There is a good amount of vegetation also. The bass there hit topwater lures fairly well. Would this lure have good success here? Thanks! :^)

One can never tell but I am a fan of having a lure for every depth. As always, match the hatch (match the color of the food the bass are eating there-ie: silver/black minnow equals getting silver/black lures). This lure has had different levels of success and failures for me. It also depends on the time of day, time of year, the weather, etc..All are important factors. If you do get a bite on this lure, note all the factor that went into this in a journal. It will help you later when you come to a similar encounter.

Don't see much muddy water here but a lot of ponds are stained. The subwalk has performed well in all conditions for me, the best being in clear lakes for smallies.

Match the hatch is the best result and the times/weather play an important part as well. Try to follow these rules. In a muddy lake, noise making lures usually fare better but this isn't always the best result. Try to use a brighter color (or something with flash as well).

It wouldnt be my first choice but if I was using it I would probably start out with a junebug or junebug chartruse, something dark. You definately want to add some kind of scent though and work it fairly slow.

The subwalk has become a go to bait for me when fishing smallmouth but I have had limited success with it going after largemouth. Stripers love it!!

To tell you the truth this lure doesn't walk the dog easily, but is the best lure i have ever used for tarpon and also works great for snook, peacock bass and others fresh and salt water species. And i think that really worth the extra money.
