Each front pocket measures 9" x 7-1/2" x 3" and sports additional internal pockets for fly boxes, tippet and other necessary fly fishing accessories. A small, zip-lock dry bag is found in the front right pocket while the left pocket has a foam fly bench. Equipped with internal straps for easy sizing adjustments. This non-restrictive pack won’t affect casting and is an excellent choice for hike-in fishing trips or float tube fishing. Back compartment measures: 9" x 7-1/2" x 3". Color: Tan/Green. Imported.

Yes, but it is flimsy. I didn't dare use my magnetic net minder, as I was afraid it wouldn't hold up to the force required to separate the net. I went back to a reel type holder.

Yes, They actually give you two neck straps. - an extra one. They thought of everything...I guess they figure that the neck strap will get worn and need to be replaced. This way you don't have to buy another chest pack. But to answer your question, each neck strap has a center plastic loop attached by an elastic to put a fishing net in the back! I hope this helps you!
