If your fishing REALLY heavy cover, it's hard to beat the real pork frog type of trailer. It has it's disadvantages though; it will dry out if you keep it out of the water for a period of time and can be difficult to remove from the hook. The Zoom trailers work pretty well and I have switched over to them almost entirely. Worms, Senko type baits as well as creature baits all will work as well.A:
