I need to know the spine of these arrows to see if they will work with my recurve bow. Also are they heavy enough to shoot from a recurve with a modified draw weight of 40 pounds. .

A:
The spine of the 250 will work perfectly out of your recurve at 40lbs. however, if you get up around 50lbs with a traditional bow, then it is better to shoot the 350's since they are a little stiffer.the size of the spine is about .400-.410.

I am shooting these out of a recurve bow with an adjusted draw weight of 40 pounds. Its a 32 pound bow but my draw is 32 inches so taking into account two pound per each inch past 28 that works out to 40 pounds. Which according to the chart says they will work. I am shooting these arrows full length with 100 grain points. It appears that the spine may be a bit much for the poundage because the end of the arrow is not straight in the target but to the right slightly which I have read indicates the that this is the case. They also seem to wobble in flight. So I need to know if I should be shooting different arrows or if I adjust the point to 125 grains will this help to solve the problem. Finally what diameter points are correct for this type of arrow.
