Smaller Baits tend to get more fish. Not always the size you want. You can use them year round

The great thing about the Stik-O/Senko style baits is that they can be fished year round with a good amount of success given different presentation styles and colors to match the forage at your local body of water. Because this bait can be fished in so many ways, it may be best to take a more comprehensive approach on how and when to use it. The most popular styles of throwing the bait are using it in a weightless Texas rig or in a wacky rig. Some anglers also use the smaller versions in drop shotting techniques because of the worms pulsating movements. You may want to check with a fishing department employee at your local Bass Pro Shops for information on what seems to be working best on your local waterways and during your current season.
wondering if the 7-1/8" stik-o's are as fat and heavy as the 7" yamamoto senkos. i had previously bought the 6" stik-o's and was disappointed to find that they were the same thickness as the shorter stik-o's.
Yes! I have to use a 5/0 worm hook for these. I only use a 4/0 hook for the 5" Senkos. I see no difference between the two brands. I can tell you the Bass certainly like these Stik-O's. I can now cast a good 30 feet further than my longest cast with the 5" Senkos. If I were wealthy, I would buy Bass Pro Shops out of all their 7 1/8" Stick-O's. The very first day I received these, I caught a really nice 21" Largemouth Bass from a lake that only produces 12" - 16" Bass for most fishermen.
