I killed my first squirrel at 30 yards using the.177 barrel. mainly because it was the first barrel I got sighted in. It did a fine job on the squirrel...and i was using open sights, NOT the scope.
This is as quiet as most other air rifles. The first 100 or so shots will be loud and the gun will smoke due to burning off excess grease, but after that the gun is quiet.
Good question--- That is the weight of gun w/one barrel. The on I shot recently didn't feel quite that heavy because the style os very ergonomic and e/z to use.Great gun for an outstanding price. GooD HuntN
The answer is affirmative yES.Beeman are one of the best pellet guns on the market in my humble opinion.I soht one recently at a BSA competition and was Wowed by the accuracy and quality. Then the bonus of 22cal or 177cal on the same gun that U are used to is a sure winner situation.Don't have on yet but saving for one soon. GooD HUntN
I was just wondering if for high powered air guns if you need a license because I would like to get A high powered air rifle to go squirrel hunting in my friends bush
No. Air Rifles are not considered a firearm. You will need to get a hunting license if you are going to hunt with it. I have this gun and have already killed squirrels with it.
You need to check with your local state, county, and (perhaps) town regulations and laws. A local conservation agent may be a good person to contact to help you with your local regulations.
