Yep. .Medium insulation...wind resistant..roomy for layering.. I just wore it in 33 degree weather with snow all around... worn with a flannel shirt underneath. It was nice and warm..the day warmed up and I was fine in 50 degrees by zipping off the sleeves. For cold weather ..Its roomy so I'd wear a shirt, sweatshirt and the jacket..I'd be fine...

The vest part of the jacket is very warm. The sleeves are a bit thinner though. When it is really cold (20degrees or less) I wear a sweat shirt under the jacket and it's great. As for wind you are good with this jacket, it's canvas. If you are looking for a cold weather hunting jacket this is it. Good luck!

The back is an orange game bag,,,unzip-able...shoulders are the tan canvas with the bag angling up from the sides to a zipper under the collar... It looks good and plenty of orange for upland hunting.
