The pin is 3/4" but it does have a bushing over it to fit into the spring lock post and bases only.

Only if it is an offset pedestal. The straight ones come with the swivel base installed on the power rise models. The S shaped models do not have the seat base attached but Bass Pro can supply them as well.

As long as it has the Spring Lock base instead of the 3/4 pin. Ranger has used these spring lock style bases for years. Hope that helps.
