Just the mounting system. I found it a tiny bit heavy for mounting on my kayak but it works. I can only have one rod on it or it torques too much. Have a fish finder and cup holder on the other two. There are places to hang lures which is a nice bonus.

This is just the mounting system. You will need to purchase the rod holders separately.

If it's to extend the rod holder, there are extention arms which work very well. Otherwise, you'll have to use a wood block or something to get the height and use screws.
