I tie a #2 swivel couple feet ahead of 1/0 owner rigging hook. Keeps line from twisting and at the same time helps the fall just fsat or slow enough..

Rig it on a 5/0 EWG hook. No weight. Just tie the hook on the line. Heave it out anywhere, esp. in wood, let it fall on slack line. Feel for the "tick" or watch to see the line "swim" off. Reel down to feel it and swing!
