I am trying to find something that I can use to go to the lake by myself when I have a day off and my husband doesn't. I need something light enough that I can handle by myself.

Since this is an inflatable canoe it sounds like it would work. You might also look for a one person inflatable canoe.

I am wanting a boat/kayak that my brother and I can go out on a small lake near our house and fish. I figured a kayak would be cheaper since we don't have to register it. We are both 6 feet tall and will each have one fishing pole and a small tackle bag. No net, or other useless stuff just a dozen lures or so and one pole a piece. Will we be able to fish Comfortably! in this? Thanks

I am not sure I was unable to locate any other review online. You might try the item and if it does not work, send back for a replacement item or a refund. However, I do not see a problem since this is made for fishing.

I have not tried white water yet, but I was able to paddle through breakers and ride them back in turn it around and paddle back out. It was a little sluggish paddling into current but not terrible.
