I recently purchased a scent free tote and was wondering if there is supposed to be a locking handle on both ends, because mine only has one.

There are locking handles to hold the lid down. But inside the lid there is a small piece of foam that goes around just inside the edge of the lid and when you lock the handles down, the foam pushes down on the rim of the tote to make it scent tight.

To my knowledge the hard scentote is supposed to be equipped with two locking handles. I was recently at Bass Pro Shops competitor store and all of theirs had two locking handles.
