Cannot see from picture how it attaches to drum? Have on time on it now .which has a aluminum bar with a screw on the bar to adjust the height?

Use the bolts provided, but if you are putting +150lbs of corn per filling, I'd recommend bracing the inside with either pipes or wood (I use sm aluminum conduit)
