the timer can be replaced with another pro hunter timer, i've done it myself..if you are trying to replace it with another brand you are gonna have trouble with the mounting and wiring..otherwise a timer is a timer in my opinionDetails:
Is this timer the same that is inside the box on the side of the Moultrie Easy fill tripod? a squirell or coon nibbled a hole in my lid and water got inside the box and now my timer will not work. so will this replace the one i have?Answers
A:
No this is not, you cannot fit this timer and the battery inside the box. I used the timer and had to relocate the battery inside a piece of PVC enclosed pipe. A bit ofwork but works well.

No. Moultrie advised you have to buy the entire box and couldn't just buy the timer1 of 1
