I wouldn't troll the Wart. I would "drag" using the troll motor at low speed.

I fish it in shallow water and the action is great. Just need to adjust your retrieve action and coordinate that action with the float aspect of the lure.

Yes you can, but it will dig along the bottom. I would suggest the wiggle wart because it doesn't run as deep, Or a hot n tot.
