How do you fish these?

Details:
I'm new to these catfish lures and dip bait and was wondering if you fish these by reeling them in very slowly or just letting them set in the water until a fish finds them or until the bait comes off?

A:
attach BIG'n to the end of your line and move up the line about 14 inches and add a weight this allows your bait to float up off the bottom. load the BIG'n with stink bait I use a blood bait, I just drop the BIG'n into the tub or jug of bait use a stick and push it around in the bait you will notice it fills up the inside of the mesh tube when full pull out lure and cast it into the water and wait the catfish come to it .

A:
I fish them on a tight line using an egg sinker, That technique seems to work best for me but i know some guys who like to fish them on a slip bobber at night. Either way I like to check the bait every 20 min to see if the hooks still baited.

I like to use the line attached to the lure and make a polymer loop that way I can attach it easily to any safety-pin swivel
