These tube bodies will not float. Even without a jig head they have a slow fall rate.

depends on the weight of the jighead or hook. other than that no they are a mid to bottom water lure

The length of the tubes in this kit vary from 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 inches. Also, the bodies of these mini tubes vary as well too.
