No and Yes. If you have one on your truck it might (the tray) be to tight to the floor. I would have to say no.

Item number 38-603-095-01 will fit 2003 Dodge 1500 1500 Quad cab. Will accommodate a manual transfer case (4WD) shifter. Will not work with manual transmissions.
