A: 
This, like all Bear bows are great. However, you should think about what you will use the bow for, hunting, stump shooting, target. Usually, a longer bow gives easier handling, a bit more forgiving. The Bear Grizzly or Martin X-200 are good bows at similar or a bit cheaper prices. You could also buy something even less expensive like a takedown bow that will give you similar results. Try them out if you can.
