Tru-Fire Releases increase arrow speed and improve accuracy, providing a smooth, quiet, consistent release with every shot. Most models have Tru-Rotator heads that turn independently of the grip and trigger to virtually eliminate string torque. Super-wide mouths for quiet, easy loading - automatically open, load, and lock onto string! Hardened steel firing components with adjustable tension trigger pull. For right- or left-hand archers.
Features a padded black nylon power strap that's very easy to put on. Made in USA.

Fully adjustable to fit almost any anchor point or trigger pul location(I like it on the first knuckle on index finger for easier squeeze off of release instead of at tip of finger which causes a jerky action IMOP
I have a Tru-Fire release that works as well as I can ask for, but I'm reserving my string once a month. It tears through it like a knife. I was looking at other releases that are more expensive but I would like to save some money and try this one out. Anybody have any serving problems using this release?
if you are attaching the release directly on the string then yes it will tear up your serving. your best bet is to use a d-loop. it preserves the life of the serving and is really cheap. most Bass Pro shops will tie a d-loop on for no charge.
