Details: 
The online illustration shows mylar strips running the length of the lure behind the head. I believe that Iland refers to this model as the "Flash" series. Do the Hoo-la Hoods that Bass Pro sells have those mylar strips?

Yes, these are model ILHH920. The mylar strips are included in the colors as illustrated in the 2nd picture (color chart).
