A: 
Insert the hook through the open end of the tube, then pull the weight all the way to the nose of the tube. Next, bend the tube and place the hook through both layers of the tube. The hook should now be completely weedless.

You thread the hook through from the opening in the bottom of the tube and then out through the top, leaving the weight inside. You then rig the hook texas -style to make it weedless.

I've used these hooks before, and they work great, but the rigging instructions are strange at best. You put the hook through the back of the tube (where the legs are), bring the hook point out through the head of the tube, and follow with the rest of the hook., leaving only the weight inside the tube. A major disadvantage in this form of rigging is it can't be done if the hook is already tied on to your line. You also can't re-rig a new tube without cutting the hook off your line first.
