Run your line though the loop on the wire the stop comes on, double your line back forming a loop in your line, hold the loop and slide the stopper off its wire leader onto the line, hold the main line, pull the loop you created on the tag line out from the stopper, and your good to go, it will slide up and down your line!

They come assembled on a small wire loop, just run your line through the little loop, fold it back on itself, then pull the stop up onto your line, they slide on your line to set the depth of your bait. I have reused them by sliding them up on a needle and threading the line through the eye of the needle.A:

Absolutely! Put on on! easily move them up and down the line, seldom loose them unless u break line ahead of them, move up the line and retie if changing hook, weight, or frayed line!A:

I use these for 12lb fluoro and 80lb daiwa samurai braid. The 80lb braid has a diameter equivalent to17lb lb mono. I peg 1.5oz tungsten weights on my braid for punching and they hold up fine.A:

I use 20-30lb test line to catch catfish. The Sinker Stop works as well with 30lb. test line as it does with 10lb. test line.A:

The biggest line I used it on is 20 Ibs. Flourocarbon. It was tight and wouldn't thinck it would be good for lines much larger in diameter. Works great on braid

They are made of a clay/plastic like material and are pliable. I use 20 lb test flourocarbon and braided line and they slide right on. You can squeeze them down once you get them on your line to hold tight. I'm sure they would work on any bass set-up and the line you would use.A:

i'd probably wouldn't go above the diameter of 8# mono (.011). i believe they used to come in different sizes, but now that is not the case.1 of 1
