how do I adjust the sights to shoot more to the right. Elevation is fine but left/right sights are out of alignment.

You will have to use a punch and hammer to drift the rtear sight to adjust windage

it came with a scope but it was no good. i have the scope grooves on the gun and i think the surpressor is removable.

On the 870 with rifle sights you have to move it forward or back , that will adjust the height.
