I purchased the casings for the snack sticks size. Sorry, I don't remember the exact mm size. I did 10 pounds of snack sticks and still had a little left over. I'm guessing you could get another 5 pounds done (maybe more) out of what I had left.

I just made breakfast links with mine. Worked fine. After twisting mine I cut them off. I didn't leave them connected for smoking.

you bet! Makes great sausages! Just make sure you dont over fill the casings because when you twist them they will unravel. Taste great and does a great job holding the meat even when you over stuff them ;-)

Yes but the links have a tendency to untwist. I just made a small batch of smokies the other day and they did stay twisted enough to work.
