i would say the smallest size as possible for brookies, like the 0 but a 3 for browns. If it is a dark day you want the brighter silver blade, but on a sunny day you might want the darker blades, I know if you are not normally a trout fisherman it may not make sense. Also for color i like them all except for the rainbow trout color.

like the other guy said not fer bass
i guess you could try it for smallies but i wouldnt recommend so much
it can work though
your choice look at some reviews and some people killed the bass wif dese
depdnmeds on what size bass ur fishing in your area
try fishing the xts speed lure minnow
yes i recommend that to everyone i am like a sponsor read my other reviews and thats all i talk about...all i need cuase i mastered it for everything

The Mepps minnow is better for bass get the larger sizes and be prepared to get slammed by a 3 to 6 lb bass
