A: 
My experience has been very good. During a trip the rifle is in and out of the gun case and truck, packed around the hills, and I have never lost a cartridge. To keep the neoprene elastic, I always remove the cartridges at the end of the season. The neoprene seems to hold the cartridges nicely.
