Sadly no, but all you need to do is put it on the stock, mark it with a marker where the hole needs to be and cut a hole with a knife or scissors. It only took me about 5 minutes

I used a pair a scissors and cut a small slit for the swivel to pop through. After 3 years on my Benelli Nova, It has not ripped open any more.

A: 
Probably not a good idea. It holds the shells on the right side of the stock which would be where a left handed shooters face should be.

yes, you can build it right or left handed, depending on where you place the pads.
