Details: 
I'm making my live well bigger so I got a larger Marine Ice Chest, will this kit work. I do have the inlet and outlet hoses in the boat at the place I want to install this larger unit.

yes it will work as long as your ice chest becomes a permanent fixture in your boat. I used this system to install in my custom made livewell and it worked well.
