A: 
not sure how you'd use them without sacrificing action on your artificial lures. These sinkers slid up and down the line, and while you could peg them, they'd still not attached directly to the lure. Probably hook weights or weights that you insert into your lure would work better.

sure, you could, but it would probably affect the action of a crankbait. A spinner bait, not so much.
