Depends on if you like to wear them tight or not, my husband does not like them tight so I bought a medium because I thought it would be tighter than his normal t-shirts which have usually been a large but not so tight to stick to his body. When I received it, it looked huge like it would swallow him but I washed it and he put it on and it fits perfect for him. It is tighter than his normal t-shirts but not painted on unless you are a guy that likes to show your physique that way you should be a size smaller. Hope this helpsA:

I found these to fit just like a cotton T-Shirt, so I would say large. Some of the Under Armor products are form fit and may take a size increase to get the fit you want but these seem to be a loose fit much the same as a cotton T-Shirt1 of 1
