no, it does not shrink. However, as with many 'wic' shirts, you may want to hang dry since some of them will lock in BO if you run it through the dryer and not washed well.

No, wash in either cold or warm water and dry on delicate or simply hang it up. should last forever it seems.

NO. I have owned these type of shirts for about 8 years. I have not had one shrink. They will fade if you wear them fishing often enough. Aand that is a good thing!
