A:
I leave mine on but open the roof vents some in my 26 foot trailer. My reasoning is that IF any harmful gases were to be made, they would vent out. The unit has a tip over and low oxygen sensor which shuts it off in either case. I have used mine with no problems in my trailer.

Wouldn't recommend it, too risky. It actually says on the instructions not to sleep while using it.

It gives off a very low orange glow. Don't think it will bother deer. Especially sitting in a deer blind

A:
I bought mine for use in my tent, 10' x 20'
It works fine and keeps everyone warm and toasty.
It will shut down if low oxygen, but we ensure there is ventilation so there is no problem.

No noise at all.
Only noise you hear is the fan if you use it and it's not very loud.
