A great choice for the well rounded barbecue fan who is always looking forward to trying new food in new ways, the Ranger Backyard Smoker from Horizon Smoker allows you to cook three different ways at the same time. Possibly the most versatile BBQ Smoker ever created, the Ranger combines the offset firebox and horizontal cooking chamber of a traditional offset smoker with a vertical slow smoking chamber to give you the perfect cooker for whatever food you choose to fix. Grill steaks and burgers directly over the coals in the 20'' x 22'' offset firebox, utilize the long lasting ideal barbecuing temperatures in the 20'' x 44'' horizontal cooking chamber for ribs, chicken, pork roast or brisket, or slow smoke sausage, fish, turkey, jerkey and even cheese in the 20'' x 51'' vertical slow smoking chamber. The 20'' Ranger gives you 2137 total square inches of cooking area over its framed cooking grates in the firebox and cooking chamber and three round cooking racks in the vertical chamber. The vertical slow smoking unit also features a hanging rod for smoking large items. Firebox features a heavy duty steel charcoal grate and clean-out tool for removing ash after cooking. Enjoy easy temperature regulation in all the cooking units with a double damper system featuring a butterfly-style intake damper. Like all Horizon smokers, the 20'' Ranger is built to last as long as you grill, with 1/4'' structural pipe construction in all chambers, fully welded seams, and heavy duty steel grills and grates. The 16" steel wagon wheels allow the Ranger to be moved when necessary, while the lower storage rack gives you a place to store plenty of charcoal or wood. This high capacity smoker also features chrome spring handles, a convenient front condiment shelf, and an industrial grade, stainless steel thermometer. So cook however you want to with just one unit—get the 20'' Ranger from Horizon Smoker! Weight: 725 lbs. Overall dimensions: 84'' x 34'' x 75''. Made in USA.
