I am 6'4'' 200 pounds and it actually is a little big for me. Maybe in a few years when i put on a nice beer gut it will fit just right! haha

I used a measuring tape, 16" by 9". One problem is that after rolling the bag up, there isnt any straps to keep it in its tight roll. But you could buy a couple. So it does loosen up a bit as you put it in the compression sack . But that was ok.

Its about 4 and a half pounds. its a little big for back packing but you can make it work.

After I rolled it up and tightened the compression sack. 16" x 9". If you mean the size when opened. I would say that I am 6-3 and weigh 225. I fit just fine. I couldnt move around much but thats what the bag is. Mummy bag. It kept me very warm in my tent out in the snow at about 5000 feet.
