It's not thick for waterfowl conditions but as an early season bluebird hunt it's more than enough shirt. I believe that Drake ment this as more of a normal everyday sweatshirt for those who wanna wear camo when your out working/relaxing. I'm hard on all my gear and Drake hasn't let me down yet...

not very thick but warm for light winter use also remember fleece doesn;t need to be thick to be warm..too thick and you are too warm and yes it is your typical hoodie
