A: 
Can't tell you exactly, but you don't want to drop it on your foot. It is cast iron, and well built. The ram is stainless and anything but light weight. I checked the RCBS website and they don't list the weight there either. I have mine mounted on a Lee portable press table (the triangular one), but had to add straps at the front so the press wouldn't work it's way out of the hold-down clamps. Lee recommends using a pin, or bolt, which should work just as well.
