This swimbait's thick paddle tail moves with subtle thumping action while its body produces an enticing side-to-side roll. Sporting translucent finishes and the 3-D WildEyes to mimic popular baitfish, the WildEye Pro Paddle Tail's durable body is designed with a unique top slot for easy rigging. These very well balanced swimming baits come with three interchangeable STORM Bait-N-Switch™ Jig Heads which allow you to change the bait without re-tying the jig. 3 heads, 3 bodies per pack.

A: 
It comes with a red treble hook attached, 2 if you get the 10" one. Trebles get caught on the line during casting often though causeing an unnatural movement sometimes. I would probably recommend a single hook replacement, but Im too lazy to swap out my treble. =)

Yes. I used a hand poured head. It works OK but lessens the side to side wobble of the bait.
