What is the best hooks to use for the swimming minnows? I have usuall used a wide gap bass hook and put a couple of split shots ahead of the minnow. Someone else, share with me their ideas.

The money minnow hook worked the best for me, but have never tried your method

i use those swim bait hook weights and just cut the weight and put it towards the front of the hook. The hook i use is a 2/0 Gamakatsu round bend off set. That to me gives a more life like fall rather thatn split shot or even a bullet weight.1 of 1
