The Irish setters are light and have awesome traction. I found the rockies to be heavy and uncomfortable.

It has good ankle support. I walk over logging debris weekly, and had these boots for almost a year and have yet to twist a ankle. Very grippy boot. I'm actually very impressed at the trend on the boot and how well it grips.
