its 1/4 oz, its casts like a beauty and is way better for catching trout than the short strikers, which you can get at 1/8 oz. It doesn't sink fast because of the dynamics within the lure, so its perfect .

The super striker are 1/4oz in weight and the short striker is what i use for trout in streams. The larger 1/4oz super striker may target larger lake trout or larger trout looking for a larger meal. Sometimes size matters with the bigger fish. I've seen the bite slow down when the bigger fish come in to see what the smaller fish are doing. This is when i up size my lures. Joes flies has that assortment to do so.A:
