Max waist size?

Details:
I'm a large (FAT :)) old man. I have a 52" chest and 48" waist. Will this fit around my waist? If not, could I easily add a belt extender?

Thanks!

I have a 46 " chest and worked for me I would recommend trying it on first. I think the waist belt would work fine.
