It is not a compression fit. I'd say it runs true to size. I bought a 3X and it fits great. A lot of times the cuffs are too big, but these are just right. Not a t-shirt type cuff, more like UnderArmor type narrow cuff. I wore this on our dove opener and it was very comfortable. I was actually considering ordering a couple more. I don't see any need in cotton t's when there are available.1 of 1
