Head doesn't move. The tail flaps realistically in a breeze.

You have to position the decoy so the wind will move the head and angle it so as the wind dies off the head will counter the movement of the wind.
The head has not come off for me and it has been in some really heavy conditions.

I have taken the antlers off and put Code Blue on the tail with good results.
The deer never noticed the small holes in the head where the antlers insert.

Yes, just do not stick the antlers into the head. They are parts that must be assembled into the head.

yes, just remove the antlers and you have a doe decoy as well.
