    I don't know what size you are, but I wear a large and I have worn mine 15-20 times and never had that problem. So maybe they have reinforced them since then...

    We are unaware of an issue with the crotch in these products. These products have been the same manufacturing for Fall 2008 and Fall 2009. Therefore, if yours were purchased prior to that, it would be a different product now.
    While there is no official warranty on these items, you can return them and get the products replaced (of course observing our normal return policies).
